C# xml sql server2k query

Need a C# program to read in a XML file from disk that contains information to perform a query of a SQL server database. Results of the query will be output in a XML on disk; the format for the output XML file is included in the zip. See the attached .zip file as it has the db schema (and an ERwin model) as well and the input and output XML formats. Review the output XML file and the database tables, each field should be populated from the results of the query. There are three or so table that will need to be read to get all the information for the output XML. The sql/ddl is included in the zip file to build the database. There's about 5 tables, not very large. There's no data for it so you can enter a few test records to make sure the program works. Please use the standard XML classes that are part of the .NET framework. (no 3rd party software is needed). Please use MS visual studio .net 2003. Also, please structure the sql in the C# code so its readable and can be tweeked later if needed, by a newbie C# coder.
