A program that will input HTML and output a new HTML code based on the first one

Hello, I need a program that I will be able to input one HTML code (file 1) and it will generate me a new HTML code (file 2). The new code needs to be automatically copied to the clipboard so I can paste it right away. Please note that the red and the blue titles should be merged into one title with the same font/size etc.. as in file 2. Also please note that there might be up to 10 images, the program should determine how many images there are and generate the new file according to the number. The images should be resized to width 350px (auto height, please do not fix it). Another thing that the program should do is to create a link for the new sized image, to the real image in a new window. (when somebody clicks on the image it should open a new browser window and show the full size image which is actually the same filename and link). of course a link for each image. Please add the note in the generated file that images can be seen full sized when clicked..(under the second image). Please note that everything else should be as in file 2. (all the sizes, etc). Basically there are 3 variables here. the red title, the blue title and the images. Please make sure that you use HTML comments in the new generated file for feature reference and update. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera and all other browsers.
