cms in php & js

I need a content managment system in php and javascript. it should be something like [url removed, login to view] but with more features i need all the features which are there in phpwebed (only the javascript one) and i need following more things 1) a menu tag which i can put in my code to make a editable menu. here i sd have choice of a dropdown menu (sliding) or just a text menu 2) a tag for search the site the looks of which i can edit dynamically 3) an image tag which lets me specify a image from my local m/c and it uploads the image in a configurable directory 4) a image map tag which lets me specify a local image and draw rectangles on it and specify links too. 5) a tree tag where i can make a collapsable tree i myself am a coder but i dot have much time , but i want to maintain the code so i need good comments and documentation. i have some other projects also but if the bidder i choose does this one good all other projects i will give to him as private auction. If you have any more ideas u r welcome.. i am in hurry so i wont take much time to choose the right bidder..
