Development of Drupal Themes (repost)(repost)(repost)

Requirement Id 1 User Goal User should get the theme in Drupal that will meet the following sub-requests. Sub Requirements under this main requirement: 1 The company logo, placement of the menus should be in synch with 'Benchmarked site 1'. 2 The blank area and the filled area ratio should be in synch with the 'Benchmarked site 1'. 3 Placement of Search/ Advance Search menu, Create new, Recent Items should be the part of the theme. Ref ??" 'Benchmarked site 1'. 4 Report / View information / Query results should be displayed as presented on 'Benchmarked site 2'. 5 Theme should use the colours that are available on the various tabs present on 'Benchmarked site 1'. Website link for reference - Benchmarked Site 1 - [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] Benchmarked Site 2 - [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Neural IT needs a demo / prototype for few themes, out of which the company shall freeze 5 themes. A detail effort estimation for the selected themes needs to be submitted to Neural IT and only after the confirmation from Neural IT the development should start. As a deliverable Neural IT needs the following: 1. Five themes that shall work for Drupal 4.7 and Drupal 5. 2. Successful implementation of these themes on Neural IT's own platform based on Drupal. 3. Successful implementation of the themes on the Applications. 4. The documentation that shall enable Neural IT to understand overall structure of the themes and technical limitations associated with each theme. ## Platform Windows 2000/XP/Vista all versions, Mac, Linux Compatible with all browsers such as IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Netscape Navigator etc.
