This is a bid-request for the development of a website for a hosting provider.
We have written specifications and hired a designer to design a website for a new product we're about to launch. This website is to promote this product and allow people to buy the product on-line and get support.
The product is cloud hosting services (shared hosting and VPSes).
Attached to this bid-request are the initial specifications we wrote up, the design in layered Photoshop files and several other files.
In most aspects this is just a standard commercial website. There are two aspects that are out of the ordinary;
* There is a seperate website called the NOC (Network Operations Centre). This second site has only a few pages and otherwise the same layout as the main site. It'll run from a seperate server in a seperate network. It's there to inform people of outages, should they occur.
* There are two wizards on the site. One that allows people to find available domain names and order a shared hosting account. The other allows people to order a VPS (Virtual Private Server).
These wizards should just send an e-mail; the domains don't actually have to be registered and no hosting services have to be enabled. However, domains should be checked. To check domains, we use the TransIP API. The API is attached to this bid-request and provides ample examples. You will get the required login and password after I accept the winning bid.
The other wizard (for buying a VPS) still needs to be designed from a functionality-perspective, but will be very similar to the wizard found here:

You will develop the using either Joomla or Wordpress.
## Deliverables
Please be advised this bid request is only for the Revocloud website and the NOC. It's NOT for the solutionsource website (this will be a seperate project).
The other items mentioned (FAQ, Live help chat feature and help desk ticketing, Twitterfeed) are required features.
The customer login will for now be a redirect to https://beheer.solutionsource.nl.
The site will initially be in two languages; Dutch and English.
