Hello... We are looking for a professional web designer / coder to make some changes to one existing site design we have. Bidders MUST speak fluent English and be communicative. FOR A LIST OF REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE LOOK ATTACHED FILE. Thank you very much.
## Deliverables
Deliverables are: 1. 1 html page + css of the final page. 2. If any new graphics will be created you should provide the final layered psd or png work (in a way that will allow us to do any future changes to the graphics). 3. Any other accompanying files to the design (in their source format). 4. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
