Custom wordpress theme

I want a custom wordpress theme based on www.motorpass.com.au. The differences are: 1. the site should be called motorpassed (please amend the name) 2. the logo should be the same BUT surrounded with a red circle with a cross through it like an antismoking sign. (see <[login to view URL]>) 3. the black Wright express footer should be removed 4. the taglie "More than a fuel card" should be changed to "Less than a fuel card" Otherwise: 1. The tabs should be part of the CMS (ie I can customise them) 2. The bottom links should be part of the CMS (ie I can customise them) Otherwise exactly the same Easy job if you know how
