Create a website of 2 pages wich reads XML on a regular interval

I have a device wich generates a XML output. This information should be converted to a website wich will excist of a column on the left side.

This column excist of 2 links to page 1 and page 2.

The right part will have a background image with a drawing in it.

The XML data should be converted on top of this image.

I have attached example files.

This .PDF file will contain an example output of the generated XML. Each part will have a reference number wich also will be visible in the image on the last 2 pages.

This is for you to give you an idea of the position of the data and where it should belong.

As the name already suggest, an example of a layout. On the left side you see 2 links pointing to the 2 pages.

I already attached one image wich i am currently removing the data so you can use it as a background.

As far as i could see is this project nothing exciting if you are familiar with XML.
