CSS2 XHTML Website Refresh with Logo - Possible PHP

1) Redevelop [url removed, login to view] using using CSS2, XHTML to create a fresh and professional aero/aqua looking site. PHP can be used or the pages have consistently coded headers, footers and navigation.
2) Develop a new product logo for Crate Pro 6 software. See [url removed, login to view] to see my previous Crate Pro/Easy Crate 5 logo that I would like to use as a reference.
You may bid on one or both of these but I prefer using one company for both.
## Deliverables
Lorem Ipsum may be used for all paragraph text.
All code should be well formed, indented and consistent when possible.
Pages should be centered, liquid and with a body of no more than 975 px.
JavaScript can be used. AJAX cannot be used.
All text should be searchable and proper tags such should be used to optimize searchability.
I will purchase <[url removed, login to view]> for use on the home page similar to as it is on that site. I will add the images.
Wood grain should not be used for the logo or any general background.
The site should integrate one or more photos or other graphic art.
I will provide a variety of crate photos. They don't have clean edges and will need to be built into a collage or edged in some way. They are general 'on the street' type photos.
Please provide a link to your portfolio and only bid if you do have a portfolio.
I am flexible and all the requirements are subject to discussion.
