We are replacing a clients existing website - we are doing some programming (PHP/MySQL) for them but need a web designer to create the CSS/XHTML. The design should be validated CSS/XHTML with layout in a separate stylesheet. The client is a video and audio production company. We want a site that is clear, easy to navigate, unfussy and set out along the lines of [login to view URL] (ie the tabs at the top). We also like [login to view URL] with its fading blue border and the overall look of [login to view URL] I hope they give you an idea of the kind of feel we're after, as we don't want to directly lift those templates but create, hopefully something unique. The tabs/menu will have these titles: Podcasts, Creative Concepts, Downloads, Other Services, Company Info , Clients. Each of these will have drop down sub menus which I will detail later. On the front page, the clients logo needs to appear with some prominence at the top; we also want to look at different ways it may animate without being OTT. Perhaps a small flash? Directly underneath the logo, smaller text to say "Engaging. Inventive. Professional" As this page opens, a 5 second audio sonic(supplied by us) should play. There will be approximately 20 pages to create, however they will all have the same look and feel, with just the textual content being different in most cases. It is essential that the coder provides daily updates to us and the "work in progress" is uploaded to our own web server, so we can test it alongside the code we are writing. We expect to work closely with the coder and the design will iterate through several designs until both we and our client are happy. Any questions, please ask. Thanks for looking and happy bidding ! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Apache2
