Build a website similar to http://www.angellimo.com/ -- Some things might change but overall its close

I am looking to build a website similar to [login to view URL] NOTE: Flash video of the girl is NOT required. I have a limo service and I would like to advertise it through my website. I prefer to have a no-table (only good semantic markup) design that works in most modern browsers. FF 3.0 and above. IE 6 and above on both windows and Mac. Chrome and Safari. The markup has to be very clean and easily editable in the future (see [login to view URL] -- they have clean markup). I will provide any images that you might want based on your recommendations (I have to buy after you tell me what looks best on the site) I would work with a realiable and trustworthy person who can deliver quality at a good price. I want the developer who works on this site to be flexible with minor modifications here and there. There won't be major modifications after we decide on a particular thing (I am sensitive to such things), but there will always be better ways of doing things and we might like some text/image placed at a different location better than its current location. If you are such a person, please go ahead and bid.
