A programmer created a new script but did not move over some features from the original script
this code is already created, the project is for someone skilled to just integrate this back in the
new script.
I just want 2 features brought back over, I will take another separate project out for the rest
1) The old script would allow the XML to be run several times a day without duplicate rows written to the DB
2) The code to write a log to a csv file was also not moved over
This should take no longer than 2 days , I will give great details
