Botmaker required

Hi, I need an experienced bot maker to make a simple bot which will log into forums and rotate through urls while posting to forms. Should have ability to put in a delay between each rotation. Licensing system which binds the license to users mac address and can be activated manually from a website/server is required. I will need the entire source code to be delivered. Proxy support would be a plus.
