Objectives: 1. Track Time and attendance information for all employees in a company. 2. Report on regular hours, overtime hours, late events, vacations, etc. 3. Allow Database Administrator to modify information while tracking changes. 4. Track projects and activities for employees with quantity produced per activity and price for piece part per activity. 5. Not a payroll system, calculates gross pay only.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Functionality: 4) 3 Separate modules to work over companies intranet with single database server: a. a) DBA or HR manager module that will setup, manage, query information, and generate reports; b. b) Fingerprint Recognition module to work at check-in point with message viewer optionally may also turn on password requirement; c. c) Project/task tracking module to be used at each workstation by each employee may be either through fingerprint recognition or through password.

## Deadline information
Coder must report progress on a daily basis when issues are to be solved. Otherwise every 48 to 72 hours. Files or screen shots must be provided on a regular basis to assure project is on right track. Helpful but not indispensable if coder can write spanish, English a must. Database definition must be completed by 2/12/2003.
