Looking for a banner rotator that can function in an HTML page. No ASP or PHP pages. Must randomly pull up a banner from a list each time the page is hit / refreshed. Preferably would like to have this in a protected text file in another directory. Need delivered the code required in the header, and then an example of how to call the function in the HTML page.
