Add PayPal to site

I want to add PayPal on my site http://www.kartamobile.com. The site sells a single software product. Both the main web site and the mobile version of the site ([login to view URL]) will need to have the PayPal capabilities added to them. ## Deliverables On both the 'normal' and mobile site, upon successful completion of the paypal checkout process the user will be sent to a particular page (the download page). The page will be different for the mobile and 'normal' sites. After clicking on "Buy Now", the user will need to agree with a EULA before proceeding to the PayPal checkout. EULA and EULA page will be provided to the winning bidder. Upon successful completion of the checkout process, the user will be sent an email with a link to where to download the software from. The link will need to be protected or obscured/time-expired, i.e. not everyone can just type it in a browser and download the software. It would be nice if I could limit the number of downloads of the software for a given buyer. The final delivery will also include the setting up of a PayPal sandbox/testing environment so I can test the final delivery myself. The winning bidder will be given access to a test version of the site on my shared hosting environment. I am open to purchasing a PayPal solution 'bundle', so if you think that is the best way please let me know in your bid the bundle which you recommend as well as your charge for installing it.
