Adapt a phpbb 2 theme to phpbb 3

I have a theme for phpbb 2 that is basically this theme [login to view URL] but with a customer header. I want to upgrade my board and therefore I want a phpbb coder to convert my template to a theme that I can use in phpbb3, keeping the same design. Please only bid if you have experience with theme coding for phpbb 3 and give me the references: which templates you have coded in your bid, or I will not consider it. I'll send the templates with all files needed after having accepted a bid. Thank you.
