APP E-READER. DONE IN TWO WEEKS SHARP!

Hi Everyone, I need an E-READER for a subscription magazine online news stand. No INapp purchase, no connection to the site, login for the users already registered in the site etc.... You must know what I am talking about. So please send me your proposal with those features plus... You MUST respect deadlines. It goes without saying: Due to the fact that this is a $1000 plus project, I will deposit the entire scrow prior to completion.
