A few tweaks and modifications to wordpress blog

I need a few fixes to my wp blog in development. Once awarded job we will exchange login details etc. Please no cowboys, I want someone who will find this work EASY, not something they will struggle and muck about with. You should be clued up and able to follow the instructions below.

The banner ad is not quite centered between the logo and social network icons, need it centered. The blue submenu listing categories is not 100% width, I would like this to be 100% width

The recent posts block was pulling data from bbpress, but I have migrated to mingle forum so the recent posts need to come from Mingle forum now. You may need to add some test posts to ensure it's working properly. It currently holds a list and add a small scroll bar so I would like to retain that look.
3) TWEAKS TO MINGLE FORUM
Ideally what we tweak will not be overwritten if the forum is patched with an update but I understand if there is no way around this, so would prefer a change log so any changes can be re-implimented without too much pain.
1) remove the recent news thumbnails from the top of mingle forum pages
2) remove "Share This" block from bottom of all mingle forum pages
3) The top of mingle forum has a welcome block, I would rather this be moved to the right side bar, also the welcome block should have a link "My Posts"
4) Further additions to the right sidebar, a block for overall latest threads and a block for latest comments
5) for some reason at the top of the forum is a big text saying "Forums" also it says "Posted By gutsfull On Friday, April 19th, 2013 With No Comments » Edit " I would like that removed.
6) Near the top of Mingle forums list are icons "Forum Home" and "My Profile" remove those
CONTACT PAGES
1) link to "Send us News", on that contact page remove "Share This" block at the bottom
2) link to "Help", on that contact page remove "Share This" block at the bottom
CHATROOM PAGE
1) remove Share this block from bottom of that page
Further work will be discussed for additional payments, let's see how this goes first.
