Creating 9 empty blogs on Wordpress MU

Note: Project involves viewing adult softcore pictures occasionally. Experience creating autoblogs is necessary for job completion. I've setup a Wordpress MU network and I intend to create several blogs that will be fed via rss feed (autoblogs). I've imported 9 themes that will be used for 9 blogs. The coder will be in charge of: 1. Creating 9 empty blogs, one using each one of the available themes. 2. Configuring each one of the 9 sites to work as autoblogs. Note: the sites should use the SEO Friendly Images plugin (it's already installed) to automatically add ALT and Title tags to images because feed items will be mostly pictures. 3. Make sure all plugins are up to date, and configure them for each of the 9 blogs. Note: the plugins related to rss feeds are extremely important.
