Create WordPress Plugin

I need an existing WordPress plugin called WP Promo Code Plugin to be modified very simply. Since I am unable to get the author of this plugin to respond at all I am forced to modify (create) a new plugin. I have provided a copy of the plugin to modify. We would like to rename the plugin to WP Promo Counter The current functions of the code work well and we want to retain all of the current functionality and especially the ability to manually create codes and add them one by one if necessary. But we want to add the ability to add larger numbers of unique codes for larger companies that may need 100's or 1000's of unique codes. What we need is a way to automatically create say 1000 unique codes in two ways. (see below) Tracking of how many times a code has been used. When a code is used it is marked in the database as being used. There should be a choice of drop down box on admin side which would give a choice of the code used 1, 2, 3 times. Example: If the code has been used for say the 2nd time and the choice on the admin box is 2 - that would be the last time that code can be used. If the max is reached there should be a notice that appears stating that "This Code Has Already Been Used" Creating Codes (1) By sequential numbering. 3 Fields of information for user to input: (a) Project short name plus (b) beginning number (c) how many unique codes to generate. Example: (a) Project Short Name: EXIT (b) Beginning Number: 10001 (c) Unique Codes Needed: 1000 ...this would generate EXIT10001, EXIT10002, EXIT10003….etc. These codes must be downloadable to excel spreadsheet by csv. (2) By unique using random generated numbering. 2 Fields of information for user to input: (a) Project short name plus (b) how many unique codes to generate. 7 digits long Example: (a) Project Short Name: EXIT (b) Unique Codes Needed: 1000 …EXIT2947651, EXIT4830966, EXIT1995873…etc. These codes must be downloadable to excel spreadsheet by csv. Once you have the newly functioning plugin working on your demo WordPress site and we can test it out for functionally we will pay upon receiving said plugin. We would also like to leave the possibility of modifying the plugin at a later date with additional functionally of course with additional payment.
