Convert PSD Template to Wordpress

Hello, I require an EXPERT in wordpress. You must know wordpress inside and out. You must have skype and speak english and understand english. If you don't fit the following, please move on. I would like this template ([login to view URL]) converted to wordpress. I have a dedicated server. The conversion must be perfectly implemented. Other requirements: Send file form that will take up to a 300MB file (we would get an email with the link), and upload it to the dedicated server. So you must understand ssh.
