Changing search results page look

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers.

I want to start using the built in wordpress search widget. I want the following changes to the search results page:
A. The results page should have the same look as the home page:
[url removed, login to view] distance between the header image and the first black border of a post should be 20 Pix

2. The text at the bottom of posts in the search results should be cleaned up and made to look like in the homepage, from right to left
date (in black and not click able), categories (in blue when hovering black and click able), write comment (in Hebrew) (in blue when hovering black and click able)

B. When there are no results a message and a search form appears. The search form currently touches the edge of the post. The search form should be centred.

Work shall be done on a test site, and when successful on a live site.
