CMS using wordpress,Joomla or drupal

Want to design a website which will look like MSDN site. It will have the menu items just like msdn. All the data will be stored in the database and once the user opens the website all the data should load at first time only and any subsequent requests will get the data from the cache. [Basically we will be storing some articles in the database and every article will be linked to a menu item and on click it will get the article from the database and show it on the home page]
