Build a Simple Wordpress Site + Installation

We need someone that can build a simple Wordpress website and complete the installation on our domain. Mockups are in the attachment. All images and color codes will be provided! However: the 'content-frames' borders will be provides as PSD or JPG files! Good communication in English is a must. You must be able to give me an update on the progressions made 3 or 4 times a day. The modifications must be fixed by Mondaymorning 12:00 (GMT+2), July 16. Sooner is better! Specifications / Requirements 1. The site has 2 sub-sites, one English version and one Dutch version. (these may have their own sub-domain, like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2. The default landing site is the English website. 3. By clicking on Dutch in the upper right corner the visitor will go to the Dutch version of the site (and vice versa) 4. The design is made up with 2 ‘content-frames’ (see mockups). The content can be one big post (with an landmark for the border between left and right)or, preferably, 2 different posts 5. The text margins in both ‘content-frames’ are important, follow the mockups 6. The text in the right content-frame must be wrapped around the logo in the upper right corner, just as is in the mockups. 7. In text links are green (#). On mouse hover these links become underlined 8. The navigation buttons have a mouse over version. This mouse over version must be active when the accompanying page is selected. But must also stay active when a secondary page is selected/visited via a [read more] link. 9. The standard font family is Calibri, this must be embedded via css(@font-face). The second font family is Arial 10. The site has a customised contact form. 11. Except on the contact form, the content is the same on all pages (will be modified by the user via Wordpress backend). 12. The logo must link to the Homepage (in that language) *** PROVABLE EXPERIENCE WITH WORDPRESS IS REQUIRED IN YOUR BID *** Please give me some examples of your (recent) Wordpress work, otherwise your bid will not be looked at! *** LOOK AT THE MOCKUPS & MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS WELL BEFORE BIDDING *** If something is unclear, ask me.
