Build Multiple Word Press Blog Sites

Please make that you meet the following requirements before reading the proposed project below: 1. English must be your primary language 2. You must be available for a continuing business relationship 3. You must provide an hourly rate for work that may be needed after this initial project. PROJECT TO BE BID ON: I have MANY domains that relate to my profession and have two different directions I am thinking of trying to use some of them if cost effective. Both of these plans would mean taking some of the domain names that I own and setting up an active blog. The format would be simple. I envision something similar [login to view URL] The header will be in that style and reflect the name of the website instead of my office in that style. The left side of the page will feature an RSS feed that you will build based on that localities geography. The middle will be a panoramic photo of that city and a relatively standard paragraph I will prepare for each site. Instead of the contact us on the right I am thinking of google ads which you would set up so I receive payment in my account. I would keep the CNN videos for now. The bottom header would become textlinks to my websites and also indicate the domain is for sale. Naturally, getting the 1st one right will make the rest easier! I would like to do 25 of these in this project. I would like your thoughts on where they should be hosted and if different IP's are needed. I will have you set up the hosting account(s) and of course I be paying for hosting. If this goes well there will be additional work. I will provide the winning bidder with list of 25 domains to be used WHERE MY INFO WILL NOT BE INCLUDED BUT BE GENERIC. I also need feedback on whether the similarities would cause google to read the pages as the same or what else we could do to differentiate them. I will also want to roughly 10 sites that are almost the same as [login to view URL] which would include my information just like here...just different domain names. The RSS feed would change for that town as would picture. Thus, a TOTAL OF 35 blogs/pages to construct and arrange hosting. If this works well, there will be another project to do of the exact same size. I am happy to listen to feedback and ideas but this is the project I need.
