Budget calculator plugin for wordpress

I want an online budget calculator plugin for wordpress, that satisfies the following conditions: 0. the calculated form can be saved based on the user_id of the logged in user and can be retrieve when user logs in; 1. accept input budget amount from user; 2. List all the (default) items in a list with attributes (include, budget amount, actual amount and a note for every item in the list); 3. form should contains a "calculate" button, a "select All" button and a "Save to PDF" button; 4. show the left over calculate using the total budget and total calculated; 5. The list of the items can be configured in admin dashboard (add/remove/show/hide on the list of point 2) 6. Export to pdf and save on the user computer; Notes: Point 2: - include (check box) can be used to indicate if the user want to calculate in the total or not; - budget amount (textbox - currency) to keep the user budget on a certain iteml - actual amount (textbox -currency) - note (text area) to keep user's note; Please check the picture included.
