I need someone to build a plugin for woocommerce. This plugin has to have very simple and easy to use functionality. Here's what the product needs to do:
1) Create the option of taking a product picture and giving it video capabilities; when the product picture is clicked on it plays a video in a popup
2) Putting a translucent video play button hologram over a product picture with this functionality

Press the video button on the bottom right product picture to play the video demo. I want something like that, but just a step further. Take a look at my attached images for more info.

I also need a plugin for the site. This plugin should also be completely functional and independently functioning. The plugin will work like this. When the user gets to the checkout page they have the option to share a post on facebook or twitter. The plugin then posts something on twitter or facebook and the customer gets a % off the purchase. Please give me a combined rate for the project. Also I have no problem putting all the money in the milestone account, but NONE will be released until I am happy with the project. Once we have one or two successful projects I can have earlier disbursements. Thank you and I look forward to working with you
