Autocalculation of Distance Needed for Checkout in WooCommerce for WordPress

We have a WordPress website that is using WooCommerce for a shopping cart solution. The shopping cart needs some customization to the delivery/shipping charges.

The client only offers delivery of the product within 30 miles of their location. They do not ship their product through any parcel carriers. So what is needed is that the website should automatically calculate the distance to the delivery address entered by the user and then return one of the following:



0-10 miles from location $5


10-20 miles from location $10


20-30 miles from location $25 


or offer this option:
pick-up at location $0



If the delivery address is outside of the 30-mile delivery area, the website should then return the message that the address is out of the delivery area and offer on this option: pick-up at location $0



The website should not process orders without a suitable delivery option.
