Appthemes JobRoller Customization - Custom Wordpress Development

I'm building a contest directory website and it is using the JobRoller WordPress theme by www.appthemes.com. I'm needing to have someone go in and change all of the taxonomies so that the word "job" and "jobs" is changed to "contest" and "contests" on the front-end and also if on the back-end. I'm most concerned with the front end aspects being changed more than the admin area of the theme, however I'm not sure what will have to be changed in the back-end in order for the front end to function as a contest directory, rather than a Job directory. Basic Highlights of what I need done: + Modify the Job Roller theme so that all mentions of the word(s) "job" and "jobs" are changes to "contest" and contests". This includes front and back-end taxonomies and user error messages. + The "[login to view URL]" page needs to be changed to "[login to view URL]" + I purchased an advanced search plugin specially made for Job Roller, and while it works great it is still using the default "job" taxonomy keywords, so those have to be changed. (see attached screenshot) + An advanced search bar needs to be created from the advanced search sidebar plugin that I've already purchased. This will be placed on several pages throughout theme and it will needs to be exactly the size and style as shown in the attached screenshot. + I'm also needing a special div tabbed menu on the the index page that allows the user to view featured contests, latest contests, and a third tab called "Ending soon" that will be simply link to an assigned wordpress tag of my choosing. I've made a lot of progress on customizations on some of the front end stuff but my skill level ends there. + It's critical that all of these customizations do not affect the basic existing functionality of the theme. If you have very strong wordpress and development skills and you feel that you're able to complete this job in a timely manner, I welcome you to post a bid. I will be available when needed via skype and/or email during the development process to insure proper communication. I will have more development work in the near future, so if I'm happy with the results I will definitely have more work in the future.
