Do All Wordpress Software

Im needing someone to develop some automated sofware that searches for niche markets (based on pirameters I set and can be changed) to build affilate sites pulls the content and videos automatically post it to the affiliate site and do auto blogging on the sites and do all the seo to promote with a click of your mouse. also seaches for related domain names for better easier seo optimazation. The only thing thats not automatic is getting the buying the domain name and pointing it to the hosting. Also give me any imput you might have.
