I will supply diet parameters, ingredients allowed and recipes that use these ingredients. I need a program that will allow me to choose the ingredients I want to eat each day and then find me the appropriate recipes. I also need to be able to add recipes on my end after the program is completed. It would be great if this could be expanded to weekly or monthly plans too. I will need a version for PC and one for MAC.
