C++ call and text filtering for Windows Mobile

Using **C++** or whatever else may do the job, I need a program to be able to **block** both **calls** and **texts** from specific phone numbers in a list on a **windows mobile phone**, irrespective of whether the number or numbers exists on the contact list / friends list.

I need the blocker to run like a ghost application in the background with password protection and a timer function. I do not want to even know that the number(s) have tried to contact me (no pop-ups, no text on screen). The blocked call sender should recieve an engaged tone or something similar (no voicemail). I would like something similar for outgoing calls.

## Deliverables

1.I need to be able to block both calls and texts from specific phone numbers in a list, irrespective of whether the number or numbers exists on the contact list / friends list. I need the blocker to run discretely in the background until I switch it off. I do not want to even know that this number has tried to contact me (no pop-ups, no text on screen). The blocked call sender should recieve an engaged tone or something similar (no voicemail). I would like to be able to add withheld numbers to the list also.

2.I would like an additional and separate option to block outgoing texts and calls to any of the numbers on that list. The texts should appear to go out to the numbers in question, but in fact go nowhere. The calls need to get a beeping sound of some sort (it would be perfect if it gets a constant ringing - let me know what options I may have with this)

3.I need some kind of timer function for each of the above, whereby I can select a date from which the number blocking will come into effect. The day before the selected date the numbers will work fine, from that date on they will not.

4. I should be able to transfer the software to the mobile phone via usb. I should then be able to direct all the above from the software on the phone and then hide the software and everything will be in place (even if the phone gets reset or switched off). This is crucial, The software should still be fully functional and hidden after long periods of the phone being dormant or after a system crash.

This should effectively be a ghost program that can only be accessed by myself when pressing an unusual combination of hot keys at once and bringing up the password box.

p.s. I can't see this being a problem, but the phone will be travelling in several worldwide countries.
