bittorrent peer to peer software

I am requiring software that is based on the bittorent technology that will be able to share files peer to peer as windows software. the website is: [[login to view URL]][1] where there are 10,000 audio sermons that I want to be able to be shared across an private bitorrent peer to peer network. Also there wil have to be simple intergration in the site in 3 areas: 1-17,000 members database to sync with software for login credentials 2- restricting the audio sermons on the website only to be shared and an seperate download link beside each file download on the website to make it download peer to peer. In the software its self it will need to have connection to the database of sermons to list them all and make them available for download in the software its self (restricting 2 downloads at once to download). Also there has to be a restriction on media that only media from [[login to view URL]][1] will be able to be shared in the peer to peer. Possibly this could work in a gnuetalla network instead of bit torrent, the primary desire is to create an peer to peer network to lessen the bandwidth off the website. There are many members who are willing to allow their home computers to serve with the peer to peer software as seeders. so people will be able to download an windows distribution file to load to run the peer to peer and it should have all the standard features as most normal peer to peer softwares such as bear share, napster, etc.. etc all the features of images, etc. There will need to be some more discussion on specifics. Possibly an open source package can fit this scenario that can be customized? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
