New website has graphics and most of text and needs: 1. autoresponders and installation of same 2. installation of [login to view URL] code which is ready to go. 3. shopping cart and installation of same. 4. installation of questionnaire with fields for the customer to write in his/her answer. Also page with the answers. 5. Installation of templates and template index from [[login to view URL]][1].. 6. Knowledge of ASP necessary ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) As above in the Description of Project box: autoresponders and installation of same to the website. 5) intallation of [login to view URL] code which is ready to go. 6) installation of questionnaire with fields for customer questions and a page with the answers. 7) installation of a shopping cart which could be from [[login to view URL]][2] or [[login to view URL]][3] or other free cart. 8) installation of templates and template index from www.templatesbox.com. 9) All of the above to be installed and functioning in the website. ## Platform ASP is necessary which will be running on a Windows platform(server).The hosting company will be selected shortly. The website is on a temporary server at this time.
