asp creation software

I have a little knowlege on HTML, and web site construction.? I have not much knowledge in ASP or database driven sites.? In the past i have had some assistance with the database side of the websites i have put together.? However, whenever something needs changes or new ideas come along, i am not able to upgrade the site or sites i manage now. what i am looking for is a software tool that works like Front Page did for HTML.? Any idiot can creat HTML with the help of Front Page. you just type what you want on the screen and the software creats the needed code. I would like the same kind of software but for asp, database driven type of work.? For example, a client of mine has a Used Car dealership. Right now it is just an HTML site. I put the pictures and desription of the cars weekly.? He would like to be able to log in, upload the photos and type the description in himself from a web based platform.? This should be a simple task for most but i have no idea how to do it.? I would like a software program that has a wizard that walks me through the steps of creating or editing such a site.? And be able to make changes to existing sites that i manange.
