CD-ROM creation (mixed-mode)

We are looking to create a **mixed-mode CD**. 1. When inserted to an audio cd player it should have 2 tracks which will play (approx. 1 hour long total). 2. When inserted to a computer it should autorun and bring up a menu which offers the following options: > See a Demo > Start your 30-day Free Trial > Listen to the Radio Show > Check out the website Explanation of each menu action is as follows: **See a Demo** ??" launches a flash movie (which is stored on the CD as an EXE) **Start 30-day trial** ??" takes them to a specific URL **Listen to the radio show** - opens an MP3 file from the CD **Check out the website** ??" takes them to a specific URL ---------------- We will provide all files required for the CD including: MP3's of the 2 audio tracks Bill4Time logo to appear on the auto-run splash page Self-running EXE version of the flash demo (mac & PC versions) We will also provide URL's for web links. You will be responsible to compile all of this, convert files as necessary, create the auto-run, add a few sound effects, do the layout/design of the auto-run application, etc. We need it delivered to us as an ISO file which we will then burn to a CD. We will provide FTP info for transferring the file. The CD must run on Mac or PC. For Mac it should load a mac-version of the flash demo to run. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform mac/pc
