CD Protection

I am in the middle of developing a game, that will be sold in a VERY small country. However, this countries, piracy rate is VERY high! I'm trying to find information as to how to protect the CD from the common 'software pirate'. I've read about things like SafeDisk, and FileLock, but SafeDisk seems to be more hardware, and I've seen more cracks for FileLock than information on how to use it! So, I'm trying to find a way to protect my CD. I have some ideas, but I would like someone that knows what they are doing to help tutor me. The rules in this country are not the same as the US, so we have more freedom to be creative!
