Distributed Audio Management Project

The successful bidder will create a Client-Server application for the the management and organization of short audio clips ("sound effects") and their subsequent live on-air playback. The Client application will be written in Adobe AIR/Flex The Server application will be written in PHP/mySQL Attached, you will find a 7 page design criteria document. Please read this throughly before bidding. This *is* a re-posting of a project on which I did not hire a bidder, due to confusion over the project specs. I completely re-wrote the design criteria to be much clearer, so please read them throughly, as I wish to avoid undue confusion down the road. ## Deliverables Please review the attached design criteria documentation throughly.
