Directshow Filter ActiveX control Integration

In need of help creating a directshow filter that is able to read an activex control window. Most of code written need some simpe help making it work inside of a directshow filter. e.g. have the code for reading off the activex control and can use that inside of a normal windows app. have the code for the directshow filter but need to initialize the activex control inside the dll and get it to output the frames. Should be an hour or so for someone who knows what they are doing.
