Developing OLE control in VB 2008

Hello Coders. Here is my requirement. You need to develop a simple project containing a single form. This project should be created as an OLE Control and it can be added to any OLE based application such as MS word or paint as an OLE Object. This needs to be done in visual basic 2008.
