Demo Version of Desktop RSS Program

Need to create a small demo program to simulate a live RSS feed with a look similar to the attached image. Functionality includes: 1. Needs to install as a program 2. Place an icon in the bottom right corner in Windows next to the time 3. Have an Uninstall feature 4. Install into default directory "Program Files/Golf Rewards" 5. Have Space for 2 lines of text 6. Rotate Messages in sequence (make associated sound and 1st line of message appear above icon by the time) 7. Have a Menu bar along bottom - Update Profile (link to website), - View All (drop down list of all current messages - first line only), - View New Messages (starts the feed from the most recent updates), - Options (update, close, silent, uninstall) 8. When user clicks on a message, the corresponding link will open in the default browser. See attached text file for Messages and Links Simulate new messages arriving by rotating every 60 seconds the following sounds corresponding to different message types: -- Cha-Ching - sound of ringing up money (3) -- Rattle-rattle - sound of a golf ball going in the hole (1) -- Swoosh of Club - sound of a golf club swinging and hitting a golf ball (4 or 5) Please identify in what language you would write this and why. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
