Delay a live music stream (using shoutcast) by a given number of seconds .E.g 60 seconds.

Scenario.

[url removed, login to view] is re-introducing live shoutcasting (commentary). Games such as counter strike source have delays of up to 120 seconds behind the live action. This keeps spectators behind real time play to avoid ghosting. However the commentator is in the server commentating in real time. Spectators watching the game are out of sync with the audio stream.

This would be a client side application where spectators can delay the audio stream so be sync'd with the video (source TV) they are watching.
