Dating Web Site Requirements Definition

I have a rush job to create the first iteration of a dating web site similar in function to [[login to view URL]][1]and [[login to view URL]][2]. For the initial portion of the project (this bid) I need requirements definition only. The documentation should provide coders (in a future bid) unambiguous definition of the required deliverable. The functionality will vary slightly ??" some features will not be used and we will add a few more. This project must be completed no later than June 18th. Development will occur between mid June and mid July. The site will be written in ASP.NET fully extendable with web service methods. I will expect a very detail oriented document that will protect the development phase from exceeding the $5,000 - $10,000 budget and to stay within our 30 day development schedule. I will be available to discuss the functionality of the site via email, MS IM, and phone. The requirements definition needs to include detailed use cases along with Visio UML class diagrams that will be used for initial code generation in Visual Studio. I will expect you to facilitate this process and advise me on the transition from conception to production. I will consider using the author (or author's company) of this documentation to do the actual build, but offer no guarantee. Please be prepared to give me samples of past projects of similar scope as well as references with phone numbers. ## Deliverables 1) Deliverable will be a word document containing use cases as well as Visio UML class diagrams capable of generating all required classes and associated methods and properties. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
