DLL wrapper for php

I have a site [login to view URL] which one of my coders was developping in asp.net but I don want to work with him anymore he has make some errors. I am enclosing the Swiss Ephemeris DLL and the [login to view URL] file which interacts with it. This is a windows based dll and we want the same funciontality in php. (Just click on the exe and you will be able to see all th efunctionalityies of the dll on the desktop). The first phase is to use asp.net to interact with this dll and make [login to view URL] work properly. The coder originally did connect to it so we know it wokrs. Later, we also need a php extension to call functions in the dll. I want to convert this into php as all my sites are in php anyways. This will be part of a big project which we will be putting up as soon as this is done. I also would like to have a lookup for the atlas with time changes from the database instead of all the years and cities being on the same page. So consider this a sub-project of big projects to follow. We have to integrate some of the calculation in another site later on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform asp.net and php
