Customising a VOIP program

Hi there I require a program called VOIPCHEAP to be customised to my preferences. it is available at [login to view URL] basicly i am a voipcheap customer, but i want a program which i can use with that company, but without any branding and referances to voipcheap. I want a simple looking, simple to use program, no major programing, graphics design etc etc is required, just a simple easy to use program. I am not looking to retail this program in any way, but i do require this program to remain exclusive to me. I am not working for any company etc so i cant affort to pay huge amounts, this is why i have tried to keep this project as simple as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on Windows XP. 3) All deliverables will be considered. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP / Latest windows operating systems
