| We are a small sign company looking for a database program to use to keep our customer records. We are currectly using Elibrium's Database Professional [login to view URL] It would work for us, except that the program takes too long to load and bring up the database. We have 3-5 users that need to access the information, and one user will need to print address labels one at a time as he/she is entering the [login to view URL] are the requirements:1. The fields we need are:
First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Date, Tracking #, Phone# and two other fields.2. Database to reside on our Windows Server2000 fileserver3. Access to data from any terminals running win98 or newer4. Fast access to data and ability to edit data fields with any user5. Print address labels (see link for screenshot of current configuration)6. Import/export our current records into and out of this application using delimeated txt file, or cvt (I think)7. Search the database using specific terms (name, address, etc)8. Sort records by any term9. Search for duplicate records and delete or merge dupsThe best thing to do is for the winning bidder to view a copy of our current software and try to mimic it as close as possible, but using MS Access or whatever platform makes it faster. |

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
