Create Swings Control

I need a CONTROL created that I can plop into any VB6 application I so choose. This CONTROL needs to accept two inputs: 1. SwingBarCount (this value will be from 1 to 99 only) 2. PriceDataArray (this array holds price data in the format of DATE, OPEN, HIGH, LOW, CLOSE) The CONTROL needs to take these two items and provide access to 3 arrays of values. 1. An Array of only Swing Tops (DATE, OPEN, HIGH, LOW, CLOSE) 2. An Array of only Swing Bottoms (DATE, OPEN, HIGH, LOW, CLOSE) 3. An Array containing the above two combined. All three arrays must be sorted by Date, with the past starting at LBound and the present ending in UBound of the arrays.
