Create Sample eTextbook Chapter for iPad

Please see attached. This is a PDF file with pages 233 ??" 239 of my textbook. I would like a quote for two activities: 1. Creating a iPad friendly iBook with this content for just Chapter 7: 45 pages of content. Book must conform to Apple requirements for running on the new iPad - i.e. no flash. Must be designed to pass Apple's requirements for approval in APP store. 2. Creating an entire book ??" 540 pages This file of 6 pages should give you an idea. The features I am looking for include: 1. Ability to read book ??" with zoom ??" in current format 2. Ability to link to key terms and to link to other chapters 3. Where there is an AT symbol - see bottom right of page 239 ??" There is additional content, which I can provide. This content is either an Excel, Word or PDF file. This material should open in a format that allows the reader to see and alter the content ??" i.e. in a spreadsheet they are already setup to work in Excel so that if user changes a number, calculations alter accordingly 4. In one or two places per chapter ??" I would like to embed a small 5-15 minute videos ??" again all content to be provided 5. Reader should be able to take notes/write on the book and also highlight sections of interest. I am looking for a proposal for doing just one chapter. If this turns out well, there is a high likelihood of doing the remaining 13 chapters in another 1-3 months. I am trying to get the chapter done by May 1.
