Create Email Program

Create email program that has base email and when sent out to each contact edits email according to their contact info and inserts specified info into certain parts of the email. After sending each email it needs to save the base email to our server. program needs to save info about all contacts. ** **We will need to send out this email daily and edit base email daily as well. The Personalized email will also need to have click-able links and email addresses. Email will need to go out in html form. Basically replacing html in email with html saved to contacts form.
